The annexe is a 5-minute level walk to the beach and has level access/interior, ceiling hoist, profiling bed, wide doorways, accessible height switches and sockets, and luxury wet room.
Kingsbere Annexe has a spacious open-plan design. The sleeping/living area has a single profiling bed with side rails, an X-Y ceiling hoist, a double Next sofa bed, a wall-mounted Amazon Fire Smart TV and remote control mood lighting.
The modern kitchen overlooks the front garden and has a full-size fridge, microwave, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, and storage space. Guests can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.
The annexe has a pull-out extendable dining table seating three. Kingsbere Annexe has a spacious luxury wet room with a step-free shower, suction grab-rails, a wheeled shower/WC chair, a wheel-under washbasin, and a static WC seat/frame. Guests can loan a leg support/raiser for the profiling bed, foot support, and a mobility scooter is available to hire.
